Christina Pallini was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania in 1963, in Pittsburgh Steelers country. She is the fifth child born to Agnes and Joseph Shash. Christina graduated from McKeesport High School in 1981. She then attended Clarion University of PA earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication. She worked in the Pittsburgh area until marrying her college sweetheart, Jeff Pallini in 1986, moving to Green Bay, WI soon afterward.

Tina worked in the field of Communications and marketing for many years, and earned a Master's Degree in Administration from University of Wisconsin. She then felt called to work that helped others to excel in their witness to Christ, which led to being Director of Outreach at St. Norbert College, which encouraged students to live a life of service in Christ. While being blessed to be home with her four children, and volunteering for many life-giving efforts and organizations, she earned a Masters' Degree in Pastoral Theology from Ave Maria University.

In November 2009, Bishop Ricken appointed Tina to re-build a respect life office. For the past two years as the Respect Life Consultant for the Diocese of Green Bay, Tina addressed life issues such as contraception, abortion, euthanasia and end of life issues, post-abortion healing, prison ministry and embryonic stem cell research; through workshops and events, catechesis and educational information, along with writing a monthly column in The Compass, diocesan newspaper.

She recently returned to her non-profit organization, The Power of Life, Inc. in order to continue her work promoting and defending life; with the mission to "inspire people to realize their awesome dignity in Christ, and to empower them with Truth in order to build Catholic leaders that transform the culture and engage in the New Evangelization!"

Tina has also received the Founder's Association Outstanding Thesis Award on Leadership from the University of WI. And recently was awarded the St. Martin DePorres Award from Catholic Charities for her service and ministry in social service. Her greatest reward has been the gift of faith; that being open to God's Holy Will we can become, as Mother Teresa said, an "instrument in God's hands."
